How to Copy and Paste a File in Document Hub
Step 1: Log in and Open Document Hub
- Navigate to https://partners.synkli.com.au/

- Log in with your credentials.

- From the left-hand side menu, click Clients.

- Select the client and go to Document Hub.

Step 2: Click “New Folder - 1”
- Inside the Document Hub, find and click the folder named New Folder - 1 to open it.

Step 3: Select the File
- Tick the checkbox next to the file you want to copy.

- This selects the file for the copy action.

Step 4: Copy the File
- Click on the Copy and Paste option in the top bar or options menu.

Step 5: Open Destination Folder
- Now, click on the destination folder, named New Folder - 2, to open it.

Step 6: Paste the File
- Inside New Folder - 2, click on Copy and paste again to paste the previously copied file.

Step 7: File Confirmation
- You will now see the file (e.g. Sample 2 Test 2 file.pdf) listed with details like: Name, Date Created, Size, Date Modified, and Owner.

- Click on Open options next to the file to manage or verify it.
