How to delete a file from document hub
Step 1: Log in and Open Clients
- Go to https://partners.synkli.com.au/
- Log in using your valid credentials.
- From the left-hand menu, click Clients to view your client list.

Step 2: Select the Client
- Click on the client name you want to manage (e.g., "Owais Hassan").

Step 3: Open Document Hub
- On the client’s profile page, click the Document Hub tab.

Step 4: Access Shared Workspace
- In the Document Hub, find and click Go to Shared Workspace to open shared folders.

Step 5: Choose Shared Zone
- Click on the Shared Zone icon to view all files available for sharing or action.

Step 6: Select the File
- In the Shared Zone, locate the file you want to delete.
- Tick the checkbox next to that file to select it.

Step 7: Click Delete Icon
- After selecting the file, click on the Delete icon in the top-right of the file table.

Step 8: Confirm the Deletion
- A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm.
- Click Yes to permanently delete the selected file.
