How to revoke a signature request
Step 1: Navigate to Synkli and Open Client Profile
- Go to https://partners.synkli.com.au/
- Log in with your details.
- From the left-hand menu, go to Clients and select a client profile.
- Click on the client's name to open their details.

Step 2: Click "Client Profile"
- Ensure you're on the Client Profile tab before proceeding.
- This ensures you’re in the correct section to access further actions.

Step 3: Click "Document Hub"
- Inside the client profile, click the Document Hub tab to open the client’s documents and tools.

Step 4: Click "Action Center"
- In the Document Hub, locate the Action Center box.
- Click on the link that says something like "22 Items, 5.06 MB Used – Go to Action Center" to access pending actions.

Step 5: Click the Revoke Icon
- Inside the Action Center, find the document or item with the pending signature request.
- Click the appropriate icon or button to revoke the request (e.g., trash bin, revoke button, etc.).

Step 6: Click "Yes"
- A confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click Yes to confirm that you want to revoke the signature request.
