How to share files and folder with clients(Shared Workspace)
Step 1: Navigate to https://partners.synkli.com.au/
- Open the Synkli partner portal in your browser and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Select the Client
- Click on the client name you want to manage (e.g., "Owais Hassan").

Step 3: Click "Document Hub"
- Inside the client profile, click the Document Hub tab to open document options.

Step 4: Click "Shared Workspace"
- In Document Hub, locate and click on Shared Workspace to manage shared files and folders.

Step 5: Click here
- Click the shared folder or file category where you want to add or share content.

Step 6: Click here
- Choose the specific folder or path where the file will be shared or added.

Step 7: Click this icon
- Click the upload or add file/folder icon to share the content with the client.

Step 8: All the Files and folders created in Shared Workspace are Visible to Clients
- Once uploaded or added, all files and folders in Shared Workspace are instantly visible to the client on their side.
