How to upload single and multiple files in document hub
Step 1: Log in and Navigate to Clients
- Go to https://partners.synkli.com.au/

- Enter your login credentials.

- Once logged in, look at the left-hand menu and click Clients.

Step 2: Select the Client
- Find the client you want to manage files for.

- Click on the client’s name (e.g., "Owais Hassan").

Step 3: Open the Document Hub
- After opening the client’s profile, scroll down slightly.

- Click on the Document Hub tab to access the file management area.

Step 4: Go to Shared Workspace
- In the Document Hub, locate the Shared Workspace section.

- Click on the Go to Shared Workspace button.

Step 5: Select the Workspace Category
- Choose the document category where you want to upload files (e.g., ATO, Legal Documents, etc.).

- Click on the icon for that category to enter.

Step 6: Start the Upload
- Inside the selected workspace, click the Upload icon (top-right area).

Step 7: Upload Your Files
- Click the upload area again to select files from your device.

- Select one or multiple files.

- Wait for the upload to complete — files will now be visible in the document list.
