How Can an Existing User Register for Family Trust Engagement

    Step 2: Click on ‘Onboarding’ and then on ‘Start Your Journey!’.

    Step 3: Now, the user is to answer the purpose of his/her visit and explain the entity's nature; like in the present case, we select family trust engagement.

    Step 4: Upon selecting the family trust engagement, the user may see two scenarios, i.e. ‘Match Found’ and ‘Match Not Found’.

    ‘Profile Not Found’ means the database searches for a possible match based on the related entities available in the individual profile.

Scenario 1: Match Found

Scenario 2: Match Not Found

    The app will now ask for ABN, TFN and ACN details. Upon reviewing the database with these details, the user will be instructed to contact the accountant for verification if a possible match is found.
