User Files Folder

This folder stores your personal files.

Viewing and Downloading Files

  • icon-for-li
    Tap the folder icon to open the User’s Folder.
  • icon-for-li
    Each file will have a view (eye icon) and download (arrow down icon) button.

File Selection Mode

  • icon-for-li
    Press and hold a file to activate selection mode.
  • icon-for-li
    In selection mode, you can share or delete files using the options on the bottom right corner.

Sharing Files

  • icon-for-li
    Select the files and tap the Share button.
  • icon-for-li
    Confirm by hitting Yes to send the files to your accountant or No to cancel.

Deleting Files

  • icon-for-li
    Select the files and tap the Delete button.
  • icon-for-li
    Confirm by hitting Yes to delete the files or No to cancel.
