How to Sign Up for Entity Registration/ Engagement from Inside Profile

This is a guide for users who want to make a profile from inside the Synkli app. This manual will help you guide through the entire process. Let’s take a view:

    Step 1: Log in to Synkli App, go to settings, open the switch profile interface and click ‘Create a new profile’.

    Step 2: Click on the ‘Create a new profile’ button and select the profile type. A new screen will open asking, ‘Are you registering a new entity or engaging an existing entity?’

    Step 3: If you select ‘New Entity Registration, ’ the user will be directed to a new screen requiring their information; click ‘Continue.’ The user will then carefully read the form and fill out all the fields.

    Step 4: If you select ‘Engaging Existing Entity,’ the user will see a new screen titled ‘System will check the matching profile.’ Click on ‘continue.’

The user may see two scenarios: ‘Match Found’ and ‘Match Not Found’.

Profile Not Found means the database searches for a possible match based on the related entities available in the individual profile.

Scenario 1: Match Found

    A new screen with multiple profile will appear. The user will select any profile and review it for changes if needed.

Scenario 2: Match Not Found

    A new screen will open asking for ‘some other information’, click ‘continue’.

    The app will now ask for ABN, TFN and ACN details. Upon reviewing the database with these details, the user will be instructed to contact the accountant for verification if a possible match is found.

    When a match is not found, the user opens the company engagement form and fills out all the relevant fields.
