1. Folder Permissions

Administrators/Practice Owners can now control folder visibility by setting permissions on Folders inside Root.
Users can choose:

• Public
• Only Me
• Custom (select specific users)

This allows better control over who can access specific folders within the team.

2. Organisational Charts (Jobs → Workstation)

A new Organisational Chart feature has been introduced.

• Based on the profile linked to a job (individual or entity), users can generate an Excel chart
• The chart displays relationships associated with that profile
• • Example: Directorships, unit holdings, and other related entities
• Users can download the chart for further analysis

3. Closed Job Actions Enabled

Previously, actions such as Collate, Email, and Print were disabled once a job was closed.

These actions are now available even after job closure for added flexibility.

4. PDF Viewer – Print Option

A Print option has been added to the PDF previewer.

Users can now directly print documents wherever PDF preview is available.

5. Profile Fields Order Fix

Field ordering issues under Associations → Primary Details have been resolved:

• State or Territory field placement is now consistent across all Profiles
• Checkbox placement has been corrected and placed under Postal Address to autofill which takes values from Physical Address.

6. Email Copy Option in Profile

A copy icon has been added next to the email field in the client profile.

This allows users to quickly copy email addresses with a single click.

7. Job Display Name Fix

An issue where client names were displayed inconsistently (due to first/last name conflicts in entities) has been resolved.

Names now display correctly across listings and detail views.

8. Authentication Modal Fix (Document Hub)

An issue affecting OTP authentication modals has been fixed.

• Previously, OTP prompts (Google Authenticator) did not consistently appear when downloading or deleting files/folders
• This issue has been resolved across:
• • Job Document Hub
  • Practice Document Hub
  • Client Document Hub

9. Checklist Validation Fix

Users were previously able to create empty checklist items (including spaces only).

This validation has been fixed to ensure all checklist items contain valid input.

10. Forgot Password Fix

An issue preventing users from resetting their passwords has been resolved.

Users/Clients can now successfully complete the Forgot Password process.


11. Improved Visibility of Status & Priority Indicators

The color contrast of chips used in the Job module has been enhanced for better readability.

• Applies to Status and Priority indicators
• Updated across:
• • Job listing view
  • Client section within the Job detail page
• Colors have been made darker to improve visibility and user experience
