1. Offline User Signature Request Feature
A new feature has been introduced that allows signature requests to be sent to offline users. Previously, signature requests could only be initiated for prospective users. With this update, documents can now also be signed by Clients who do not yet have an active Synkli account.
Workflow
- Create an Offline Client Profile.
- Navigate to:
Document Hub → Action Center - Upload/Add a PDF document.
- Request signatures for the uploaded file.
Once the request is submitted:
- An email containing a secure signing link will be sent to the offline user.
- The user can open the email and click “Review & Sign”.
- A signing interface will open displaying:
- The PDF document on the left side.
- Signature components placed at the exact required signing positions within the document.
- A signature pad on the right side where the user can draw and apply their signature.
This enhancement simplifies document execution workflows and enables external or offline users to complete signing requests without requiring prior platform registration.

- Offline Entities
- Only Live Forms can be requested from offline users/entities, similar to the restriction applied to prospective entities.
Workflow

- Select a Live Form.

Email & Submission Process
- An email containing a secure form link will be sent to the recipient.
- The recipient can click the button/link provided in the email.
- A form page will open where the user can:
- Fill out the requested form
- Submit the form directly through the provided interface
Email Routing Logic
- For Individual Offline Users, the email request will be sent directly to the user’s email address.
- For Offline Entities, the email request will be sent to the related individual contact associated with the entity.
