How to Use Manual Sync in XPM
Part 1: Go to App Connection
Step 1: Log-in
- After Log-in with Synkli.
- Click this link https://partners.synkli.com.au/

Step 2: Open Settings
- Go to menu bar open Settings → App Connections.

Step 3: Open Card
- Click on App Connections to open the section where you can manage and link external applications with Synkli.

Step 4: Open Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
- Navigate to App Connections from the Settings menu and select Xero Practice Manager (XPM).

Step 5: Use Manual Sync Buttons
- Once inside the XPM section, scroll to the bottom of the screen. You will find manual sync buttons that allow you to choose whether to publish all clients or publish all jobs.

Part 2: Verify and Complete Configuration
Step 1: Go to Configuration
- Once you trigger the manual sync, head over to the Configuration section from the menu.
- This area allows you to review and confirm the current sync settings, making sure the process is working correctly.

Step 2: Check XPM to Synkli Status
- Inside Configuration, check the XPM to Synkli status. If the configuration is incomplete, click on the “Action” button to manually complete the sync process.

Step 3: Check Synkli to XPM Status
- Next, check the Synkli to XPM sync status. If this sync is also incomplete, click the “Action” button again to complete it manually.
