Sync Status : Not Synced
Step 1 — Navigate to Clients
- From the Dashboard, use the left-hand sidebar to access the Clients / Relations section.
- This menu is represented by the people icon. Clicking here takes you away from the general dashboard and into the dedicated client management area where all client records are stored.

Step 2 — Open "All Clients"
- On the Clients landing page, you will see different categories such as Prospective Clients, Active Clients, Inactive Clients, Invited Clients, and Leads.
- Click on All Clients to open the complete list of clients. This ensures you can view every client record regardless of their status.

Step 3 — Select a Client
- The Clients page displays a table view of all records, including client name, reference number, phone, client type, and status.
- Locate the client you want to review (in this example, Owais Hassan) and click directly on the client’s name. This will open the client’s profile page.

Step 4 — Review Client Sync Status
At the top of the client profile, you’ll find the header section showing key details:
- Client name and profile picture (if added).
- Sync Status indicator (e.g., Not Synced).
- Reference number (auto-generated for sync tracking).
- Client type (e.g., Prospective).
- Contact details such as email and phone.

Step 5 — Verify Client Details
Scroll further down the profile to review the detailed sections:
- Primary Details — Name, email, phone, and addresses.
- Financial Details — Bank account or other financial data.
- Compliance — Accountant or responsible staff member.
Verifying these fields ensures all necessary data is complete for a successful sync with XPM. Missing or incorrect details here can often cause a Not Synced status.

Frequently Asked Questions
With manual sync, you have the flexibility to choose which categories of data you want to sync. Options include clients, jobs, staff, or client groups. For example, you might decide to sync only your clients from XPM into Synkli, or just push jobs from Synkli into XPM. This allows you to run a more targeted sync, focusing only on the data that matters most for your business at that moment.
