Synkli Mobile App User Guide for File Manager
Introduction
Welcome to Synkli's File Manager! This feature is your go-to option for saving tax-related reports and documents that need to be shared with or received from your accountant.
Accessing the File Manager (FMD)
To access the File Manager (FMD), navigate through one of the following paths:
- Main Screen of the App
- Left Navigation Bar
- Button Navigation Bar
File Manager Dashboard
Upon entering the File Manager, you will see a space-identifying widget that displays your total storage capacity and the amount of storage used. Each new user is allotted 2GB of storage on the Synkli cloud.
Storage View Widget
The Storage View Widget provides the following information:
- Total Storage: The total storage space available on your account.
- Used Storage: The amount of storage space currently used.
Folder Structure
Below the storage view widget, you will find three main folders:
- User’s Folder
- Accountant’s Folder
- Authorised Folder
Recent Activity Section
This section shows your recent activity, including files you have shared and received.
Managing Files
Adding Files to User Folder
To upload new files:
- Tap the Add button located at the top right corner.
- Select a file from your file browser.
- Hit Done to upload the selected file. The file will be available in the User’s Folder.
