How Can a New User Register for Partnership Engagement
This guide will help you set up a Partnership Engagement Profile for new users in the Synkli mobile app. To finalise your profile setup, just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Download the Synkli App on your device.
- Step 2: Access the login screen and find the ‘Create Account’ option at the bottom.

- Step 3: Tap ‘Create Account’ to start the registration process. Enter your personal information, and click the ‘Sign Up’ button.

- Step 4:
- Email Verification: An email will be sent to the user’s email address provided during registration. Find the six-digit verification code and enter it in the app to complete the verification step.
- Phone Verification: A message will be sent to the user’s provided phone number after email verification. Find the six-digit verification code and enter it in the app to complete the phone verification step.

- Step 5: A ‘Registration Successful’ screen will appear. Click, continue. Now, the user will be asked to choose an accountant first.

- Step 6:
- Once you select your preferred accountant, the user will be directed to the ‘choose the purpose of your visit today’ screen.
- Now, the user is to answer the purpose of his/her visit and explain the entity's nature; like in the present case, we select partnership engagement.

- Step 7: Upon selecting the partnership engagement, the user may see two scenarios, i.e. ‘Match Found’ and ‘Match Not Found’.
‘Profile Not Found’ means the database searches for a possible match based on the related entities available in the individual profile.

Scenario 1: Match Found
- A new screen with multiple profiles will appear. The user will select any profile and review it for changes if needed.

Scenario 2: Match Not Found
- A new screen will open asking for ‘some other information’, click ‘continue’.

- The app will now ask for ABN, TFN, and ACN details. Upon reviewing the database with these details, the user will be instructed to contact the accountant for verification if a possible match is found.

- When a match is not found, the user opens the partnership engagement form and fills out all the relevant fields.
