How to Sign Up with Individual Onboarding by Accountant Invite Email
- Step 1: Your accountant will email you your username, a temporary password, and links to download the Synkli app for Android and iOS. Download the app on your preferred device and proceed with the other steps.
- Step 2: Open the Synkli app. Log in using the username and temporary password provided in the invitation email. After logging in, a pop-up will appear with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Tick the checkbox and click continue to proceed.
- Step 3: You will receive two verifications: email and phone. You will receive an email containing a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification. Use the OTP to verify your email address. For phone verification, if your accountant has added a phone number to the initial invitation, you will receive an OTP on your phone. Use it to verify your phone number.
- Step 4: The final screen will ask you to set a new password. Enter a secure new password and confirm it to complete the setup. After setting up your new password, a new screen will open where the user is to answer the purpose of his/her visit and choose the profile; like in the present case, we select ‘salary/wages tax return’ for individual onboarding.
- Step 5: The user will be directed to a new screen requiring the user’s information; click ‘Continue’.
- Step 6: A registration form will open, and the user will carefully read and fill out all the fields.
- Step 7: Your profile is all set. Welcome to your dashboard. Now, you can click the menu icon to view your profile, where you can review and edit all your profile information.
