If you have received an email from your Synkli accountant, it will contain:
- Your username
- A temporary password
- Links to download the Synkli app for Android and iOS

Step-by-Step Account Setup
Step 1: Download the Synkli App
- Click the appropriate link in the invitation email to download the Synkli app on your Android or iOS device.
- Install the app on your device.
Step 2: Log In
- Open the Synkli app.
- Log in using the username and temporary password provided in the invitation email.
Step 3: Accept Terms and Conditions
- After logging in, you will see a pop-up with Synkli's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Read through the documents and accept them by checking the checkbox.
- Tap Continue to proceed.

Step 5: Phone Verification
If your phone number was added by your accountant in the initial invitation, follow these steps:
- You will receive an OTP on your phone number.
- Enter the OTP in the Synkli app to verify your phone number.
Step 6: Set Up New Password
- The final screen will prompt you to set up a new password.
- Enter a secure new password to override the temporary password.
- Confirm the new password to complete the setup.
Step 7: Access Your Dashboard
- After setting up your new password, you will be directed to the dashboard of your newly set up account.
